"Love the food service is always good when there's a Persian lady at the front desk but tonight I was very disappointed I spent an average of 4 $500 each time I comeing there a month. Tonight there is a young Mexican waitress that was very rude to me I told her I wanna pay with Apple pay she has no we don't take Apple pay you have to pay cash. I drive all the way from pleasant and to come pick up food there was some traffic I was running a few minutes late but she didn't need to be disrupted to me She definitely needs to be trained in customer service"

Food was delicious, friendly staff.Parking: Small lot, not a big deal if it is not super busy, about 20 spots.

Poor customer service and foods are mixed of good and bad both. Go somewhere else that offer both that make the best of your experience and money.

You can tell that the ingredients are fresh and everything is carefully prepared. Although some dishes may seem a little under seasoned, the salt and fresh sumac is on the table.Food: 4/5

Very very bad food and horrible service. The utensils were not clean, left my plate as it was because of how bad it tastes. Left the restraint very disappointed and dissatisfied. Don’t come to this restaurant. View menu

Very delicious food. I even didn't know they existed and they were so close to my home. The food is very good. Very high quality for her beef Kebab Koobideh). I love the taste and the atmosphere is also great. The manager on site, Nasim, she is very professional, problem-solving, and she has very high customer service. Thanks for very good food

It has lost its quality. Very pricey but rice were not cooked through and were not fresh.I ordered kobeidah with rice and Tah Ghemeh (it is pathetic. Dont order it. It is crispy layer of rice and meat stew.I also ordered faloodeh. I am not impressed by it as well. Itvis more like an ice shavings with some cream and rice noodles.Don't come here. There are other persian options in Walnut Creek View menu

2stars is for the food, because it tasted ok ,but was cold . For the service I give no stars, and yet you have to pay %22 and it’s already on your bill. We ordered an appetizer but it came after the main dish. There was only one waitress for the whole floor.very expensive for what you get quantity wise. Also the waitress was very rude. I don’t think I will go there next time. And I don’t recommend if you want to have a relaxing night.

For a first timer trying Persian food, I was completely impressed. Our uncle and aunt took us to this cozy restaurant and spent around 2 and a half hours enjoying appetizers, drinks, delicious kababs, and then some wonderful desserts and Turkish coffee. We were not rushed, and the staff made us feel right at home. I would recommend reservations as the place filled up quickly after 2 pm. on a Sunday. Go down and enjoy the food, atmosphere and especially your family or friends.
