"The place has excellent food and drinks, and all is priced well considering how fresh and local the ingredients used are. I used to spend hours there and it really felt like a second home. The ambience was perfect but I would not recommend working there. Bad business. was there for under two months before I was left off the schedule for over a week with no pay, ghosted by the owner of the place, then let go with no explanation. Unfortunate I can 't go back there. Loved the sausage egg and pesto sandwich, but I 'd rather not support a business who treated me like trash."

Monica at the counter was wonderful! She was so welcoming and warm from the moment I walked in : I had the avacado toast and it was so fresh and then she gave me a drink on the house to try! I'll be sure to be going back again : View menu

Two coffees $12. Gets worse, got outside and realised the black coffee was cold. How can you get a black coffee wrong? On return they said it would take 15 mins to remake. Asked for refund or i'd review and here I am.Don't bother.

Super cute place. A bit overpriced which would have been OK if the espresso was better quality and actually Italian style. Pastry was fresh and enjoyable. Friendly staff. I'd definitely give it another shot, hopefully the coffee gets better.

This place is so cute and full of personality. The place is owned by a women who really knows her stuff and is super friendly. The coffee is locally roasted from the same city and the pastries are made in Norwalk as well. Definitely check it out if youare ever in the Norwalk, SoNo area. I have been wanting to try this place forever because of how aesthetically pleasing it is how innovative they are with their products, i finally tried this coffee shop before coming to work today, and apart from the coffee, the customer service was great! Monica made us feel welcomed and well attended ! We will definitely be coming back!

This coffee shop is lovely when they're open. Unfortunately there is no way to predict when this is. I have no problem with having limited hours or taking holidays! But multiple times I've shown up during their normal hours to a closed sign with noindication why. They would be a great fixture of the neighborhood if they could figure out how to be a reliable destination!
