"I used to think Anderson's was great. The flavor of the ice cream just isn't that good I'm also disappointed with the sub par service and inconsistent portions. The inconsistencies are extremely frustrating especially because of the price. Its annoying ordering a small ice cream for the kids and then ordering a medium or even a large and it looking like the same amount of ice cream. Then when I say something they just brush it off or ignore me completely. Another thing that was disgusting to me is when the ice cream machine hasn't been used for a little while and that first amount that comes out is warm liquid milk filling the bottom of my cone. Honestly I regret going there every time."

Had become very pricey. The ice cream cones seem smaller too! A small runs you over three bucks these days. The service isn't what it used to be either. I won't be returning frequently anymore.

The custard and ice cream is so good! Service was decent. They have multiple locations in the area. The one on Niagara Falls Blvd has a drive through. The food at this restaurant is delicious, but it is on the pricey side. The service is quick for takeout orders. I had dinner here and spent between $10-20 per person. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5 out of 5. I recommend trying the Roast Beef Sandwich, Fries, Frozen Custard, and Custard.

Meh. First time I 've tried it. Had a dish of vanilla frozen custard to see what that could mean. Well, it 's a step up from Dairy Queen, but not a bug enough step to pay $5 for a small cup of it.
