It felt as though she was yelling at me, which was extremely rude and impatient, especially since I only took a moment to turn to my partner. This incident occurred on a Monday night around 9 PM. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant."

Absolutely fantastic! I've been coming here for years, and I always order the super quesadilla. It keeps me full all day long. The service is excellent, too. This is definitely the best place in the area!

The person serving the food was extremely rude. When I asked him a simple question, he just replied, "I don't know," without attempting to seek help from anyone nearby. He completely ignored me in a very disrespectful manner. Service: 1/5. View menu

The service is quite good, and while the atmosphere isn't anything remarkable, the dining area is clean and well-organized. However, my main issue lies with the size of the burritos. You pay for a super burrito, but it’s far from being super. Over the past year, they have significantly reduced the size of the burritos while increasing the prices. Food rating: 2/5.

You may doubt my refined taste, but the pastor tacos at this restaurant are nothing short of exceptional. It has officially become my favorite spot for delicious, authentic tacos. I highly recommend you visit this place and give it a try. I assure you, you won't be disappointed. Make sure to order the pastor tacos; I would defend their quality to anyone, no matter what!

The food at Anna’s Taqueria is consistently excellent. The steak burrito and beef tongue are always delicious and tender. The staff is very friendly as well. However, the seating area, including the tables and floor, could use some cleaning; they are often quite busy and could benefit from having someone dedicated to keeping the area tidy. I actually don't like this burrito chain. I will eat it, because I love steak, but I hardly ever go to Anna's. This place is really slow. If there's a line, be prepared to wait a while. I used to come here somewhat frequently whe I first moved to the area, but I honestly don't think they're that good, and they take too long.I'd pass. I'd recommend los amigos in Coolidge Corner if you want a burrito, or Chipotle.

Anna’s used to be great. I have been an Anna’s customer for over a decade but this location has gone downhill. I would always get corn on my burrito if it was available and the last time I went I asked for corn and the guy said no and would not accommodate (I could see the corn. I would have even paid extra but this guy shut me down. I doubt I’ll even go back such a simple request. If I do go back to Anna’s it won’t be the Brookline location.
