"I want to start this review by mentioning that the bartenders are friendly and accommodating, and the food is generally quite good. They offer a wide variety of dishes—some are delicious, while others are just average. They have a bit of everything, but they're not really masters of any one thing. My low rating is purely due to their draft beer situation. For years, they’ve had the worst taps in Brevard. My friends and I often visit for a late-night snack and a drink. While the food rarely disappoints, I always hope that this time the draft beer will be better, only to find it skunky and unpleasant every single time. The staff is great about it—they never charge me for that first sip and readily offer to exchange it for something else. They usually say it must be a bad keg, but the consistency of the problem suggests otherwise. It’s time to clean out your tap system, as serving beer with bacteria growth in the lines is not acceptable."

The salads were excellent—fresh and crunchy—and the chicken was cooked flawlessly, tender and juicy. The breadsticks were warm and freshly made.

The food was fantastic! Our server was incredibly sweet and kind. I loved the whole atmosphere, and lunch was truly a top-notch experience! I will definitely be going back.

We politely informed the staff about the issue and decided to cancel our food order before leaving. If they serve drinks in such dirty cups, it raises concerns about their food handling practices. I’ve attached a picture to illustrate the problem—those are definitely not bubbles, but a strange, white, fatty residue. I'm hoping my wife won't feel any aftereffects from her sip.

Our server was well taken care of, yet still did an amazing job attending to us. I ordered the margarita lime chicken and substituted mac and cheese for the rice that comes with it, and it was fantastic. We also shared the spinach and artichoke dip with tortilla chips as an appetizer, which was delicious. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were very clean and well-maintained.

Service was really slow and when it came it was cold, so I sent it back. Also I ordered a margarita that the waitress said was two for one. When she delivered said drink she stated she was incorrect and they were not two for one. The presentation of thedrink was awful. It looked watered down with melted ice in it and half rimmed salt. On a positive note, the Neighborhood Burger was quite delicious! Unfortunately, the side of Crunchy Onion Rings left something to be desired—there were only five rings, and two of them were just the tough outer parts of the onion, which wasn't very appealing and felt overpriced. The Mozzarella Sticks were okay, but the marinara sauce tasted stale; it was quite dark in color and had a burnt flavor. I've enjoyed the food here in the past, but this time it simply didn't live up to my expectations.

Yes. We just had a hurricane so i totally understand that there's a wait and the restaurant is short staffed, but it is still important to serve quality food and honor your specials. Today is Thursday, the $9.99 half rack rib special is not beinghonored! What? Why? The fish and chips were fried too hard and the fish had a rubbery consistency. The queso burger was supposedto be well done and it was raw in the middle. Honestly, this is unacceptable for a restaurant that has been around for so manyyears! For your patrons to come out and be disappointed is disrespectful to your community. By the way Aniyah was fantastic!

"my first time eating here, not very impressed. it was busy so I’m not sure if that was reason or being short staffed but from what I saw there were only 2 servers (female); with the inside being completely full to capacity, they were trying to take care of everybody. however as a former server you should NEVER have to ask for a refill, especially 2 and 3 times. the food came out pretty fast (I orrdered milanesa de pollo) the black beans were very bland. At least it was a good portion of food cause I left with a box. I gave a 4 star rating for the atmosphere because of how cute the inside is. prices are a little steep though."

"Incredible service! The staff genuinely seemed pleased to be there and assist us. Our server, Nate, was fantastic! There was a gentleman outside who warmly welcomed all the guests—unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was a delight! The food is outstanding, and the basil martini is simply divine. The atmosphere is both inviting and refreshing. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, and you’ll find yourself captivated by the descriptions. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"The elderly woman at the restaurant had a very unpleasant attitude. I ordered a strawberry shortcake ice cream cone, but instead received a parasol. When I inquired about it, she claimed I misread the sign. The menu had an overwhelming number of options, making it difficult to navigate. She then discarded my original order and handed me a basic strawberry cone without offering any refund for the price difference. After waiting for a while to discuss a partial refund, she informed me that I wouldn't be receiving one due to a "remake" fee, despite it being her responsibility to clarify that what I wanted wasn't on the menu. I insisted on getting my refund, which she only provided when someone else came up behind me in line. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in terms of customer service!"

"I was having an early Mothers Day dinner with my son (he lives out of town), and I was looking online for a seafood restaurant. I came to Coastal Crab Company’s website and the description and pictures of the food looked so inviting, I wanted to give it a try. However, when we were on our way, my son saw that they were close to closing time at 7 PM. This was a little bit after 6PM. I called and the gentleman I spoke to said that we could order takeout. We really wanted to have a sit down meal so we scrapped that and decided to go to another popular local restaurant down by the river. When we got there, they were completely full and it was an hour wait time. At that point my son said that we can just do takeout and go home and eat. So, I called back Coastal Crab Company and I spoke to young woman who was so friendly. I thought we only had 20 minutes to closing , so she said how far are you? I said we are 20 minutes away and she said to come on. When we got there, we weren’t quite sure of what we wanted to eat. Anyway, we parked and went in. We met this lovely young woman. Her name was Nya? I believe. She was awesome. She took our order and we decided to wait outside in the car. Her customer service was impeccable. She explained what was on the menu and she told us, and practically insured that we would love the food. Let me tell you it is some of the best seafood that I’ve had in a long time. It was fresh and well seasoned, and you can tell that they put love into each and everything that they cooked. I had the seafood platter, with grouper and shrimp with the seafood rice in a creole sauce. It was to die for. We also had the seafood stew and the seafood gumbo. Both were excellent. They have my vote! I believe that their food is not only excellent, but the customer service is impeccable. I would go back again and again, thank you for making my early Mother’s Day with my son! I will see you for my birthday and I will tell all of my family and friends. Thank you Coastal Crab Company!"

"The food was not done well. The spinach artichoke dip was bland, not cheesy, and covered in bread crumbs. We wanted raw veggies instead of bread or chips and were told that was not possible. Almost everything we asked for was denied. Our steak was well-done in parts, and med-well in the very center. We asked for medium with char. They offered to remake the steak, but we have a personal issue with remade food. A place that serves steaks every hour of every day should not have to remake a steak. The blue cheese topping on the steak was the best part of the meal. The potatoes served with the salmon were inedible. They wouldn't substitute the potatoes for another side without charging an upcharge. Even though, on the menu, the two sides are the same price. The view was lovely. We told our server we didn't want bread, we are trying to reduce our bread consumption, but the salad came with croutons and thr spinach dip had a mountain of bread crumbs. It that just careless? It was such a disappointment. We wanted the happy hour menu but were told that wasn't an option, so we ordered from the early dining and regular menu. It was a frustrating, confusing, and disappointing dining experience. They took $10 off the overdone steak, but really. I regret eating here."
