"it is sewn that every time arby tries something new, they meet it directly from the ball park. last night, her new hamburger sandwich tried. oh man, it was one of the best burgers I ever had, very surprised how good it was for a fried burger. the staff is proud to offer them the best freshest and hottest food. the Greek gyros and rubies sandwiches are among my favorites. also delicious chicken sandwiches. best and unique appetizers and very clean restaurant. this is absolutely my favorite almost food place to eat and I will never be tired of it because of the great variety. as a local truck driver I am very happy here to eat every night and know that I always have good quality eating and service."

It's a truck stop. Food was ok. We were traveling home so. The dining area was clean however they were out of condiments in the dining area and had to go back to the counter. Overall it was ok.

Got food in decent time and it was warm. Didn't receive sauces or napkins that I asked for. Cashier was rude to me, and customer before me. She charged me for an up sale that I did not ask for and tried to argue with me that it's what I ordered. Wasn't pleased with this visit.

My wife and I stopped at the Arbys on Broadway street in Sulphur Springs, Tx. We ate inside. The shift manager was a girl named Tiffany, I have never been to a fast food place and been treated by a manager likewe were treated by her. She was so sweet and her staff was the same way. she made sure we was well taken care of, the whole place was super clean inside and out. I realize this is a fairly new place, but it is still a fast food place.The floor was spotless, the tables were cleaned and wiped down as soon as someone left. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and I will certainly be a regular customer.. Thank you Tiffany and your staff
