"I stopped at Arby's on my way home and had to wait over 15 minutes for my food. While I was waiting, I could hear someone in the back using profanity. When the manager asked her to calm down, she responded that people shouldn’t bring their kids into public if they don’t want to hear that kind of language. I won’t be returning."

When we went inside to eat, all employees were outside on break, the one guy that saw us at counter was annoyed that I asked him to get the other employees! All employees parked right in front of main door! Dirty tables in dining room, and no customers instore but us!
