"I visited the Arby's on Highway 66 in Sevierville, TN, and my experience was quite disappointing. The staff was rude, and I didn't receive all of my order, which forced me to turn around and go back. I had ordered strawberry pies, but I found out they had stopped selling them that day. The employee was unwilling to issue a refund for my money. Overall, it was a negative experience."
