My brother-in-law had ordered a Reuben with Texas toast instead of the regular toast, but it was made incorrectly with the wrong type. He also had to remind the staff twice for Thousand Island dressing. I ordered a Texas toast burger with bacon, but unfortunately, there was no bacon on my burger, and the patty was unusually small, only covering half of the toast. I noticed the waitress was attentive while taking our orders, so I believe she did her part correctly. Our server was very helpful, though I regret not catching her name. I assured her that the mistakes weren't her fault. I've heard that The Stone Yard is under new management, but issues like these have been persistent for at least a month. I recommend looking into the kitchen operations, as they can significantly affect your business's success. Right now, I'm not very eager to come back, but I might reconsider in a few months to see if any improvements have been made."
