"Loved the experience here i would highley Recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very, very authentic food as close as you can get to being in France while in Texas. I definitely love the new improved and secure parking they have along witha police officer on the property actively observing all our vehicles. I love the fact that it's only vallet at this restaurant because the amount of privacy and security given. I do not have to worry about my vehicle being vandalized."

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. I highly recommend it, despite the high prices, as it is definitely worth it.

Artisans never disappoints! We were celebrating a long-awaited dinner with our son. The food was absolutely delicious and service was impeccable. It is our favorite restaurant in Houston and one of our favorites around the world!!

The service at this restaurant was top-notch, but I found the food to be a bit too salty for my taste. With a price tag of nearly $200 per person, I was hoping for better quality dishes. However, I must reiterate that the service was excellent.

Fantastic from start to finish, chef created a scratch 6 course for the tasting menu to accommodate my allergy which was amazing service and greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend Artisans , one of the best experiences I’ve had in many many years. View menu

Very good experience! Loved the jazz music on a Friday night the ambiance of the whole place! The food was delicious, the cocktails were great and unique, and the service was amazing! I wish I had gotten our server’s name, but he was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond for us!

this was our first time at artisans, but it will not be our last! we loved everything about our three-course lunch. the salads were delicious and fresh. the tenderoin was one of the best steaks we had. the chocolate mousse and the brotpudding were amazing! even more, the ambiente des ortes is beautiful and reminds them of paris. we had the lovely experience to chat with gregory, the manager and chef jacque! they were both wonderful and have made us feel special!

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
