Great decor. Prices are high but our food was great. The corn bread they serve is sooooooo good. The servers weren't very perky and it took 10 mins to check out. The cooks and host got this place a 4, but the servers and cashier should have a 2 star rating.

We were looking for a place to have breakfast on a Sunday. We were on our way from Clarksdale to Memphis and yelp gave this restaurant pretty good reviews. They were wrong. Lack luster service,mediocre food, and dirty tables all around us. I would not recommend this place at all.

The staff here is always friendly, and the food is excellent. My favorite aspect has to be the complimentary cornbread, served hot from the oven in a skillet. It's absolutely fantastic and even better since it's free! Everything on the menu is quite good, although I often find myself unable to order anything beyond the fillet and fries. View menu

Worst service ever. Food was mediocre but the service is awful. We waited for 15 minutes before our sever came over and greeted us and when she did she rushed us. We waited another 45 minutes for our food. When we got our food the server told my husband it was his fault it took so long because he ordered the chicken wings and waffles. Don't waste your time here.

Had a late dinner here. We tried to order the gumbo but they said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. We ordered some soups and the fried green tomatoes which was supposed to come with chow chow and a crawfish salad. There was no crawfish salad, we asked about it and were told they were out of it but we were still charged full price. The tomatoes were great, perfectly cooked and not greasy at all. The soup was good but nothing to write home about. I also ordered a beer that never came.

Might want to avoid this place for breakfast?!?! On another visit, service was ssslllllooooowwwww and the food wasn't as good. Served my daughter burnt pancakes and charged $10 for them. Hash browns were greasy and undercooked (though they usually are so that's not too big a deal). But....Then we sat for a good 30 minutes just waiting for the check. Finally just walked up to the front. Looking around the room, there were a lot of tables waiting for food and some even holding menus waiting to order. My dad and I were quickly seated without waiting for a table to be cleaned. The decor is lovely, just like the rest of the café. This place is perfect for those who aren’t interested in a buffet steakhouse or food court. If you’re looking for a dining experience without breaking the bank, this is the spot, especially since not everyone has an appetite as big as mine. Bon appétit! My husband and I area late breakfast here today. Service was good. The food was delicious. I had the pan perdue...soooo good. It was similar to French toast and was covered with pecans, strawberries, and blueberries with a sweet sauce and powdered sugar. I was worried it would be too sweet but the berries and pecans balanced the sweetness. My husband had the big breakfast but substituted the pancakes with biscuits and gravy. He said it was good. The food at this restaurant is fairly decent, and the service is exceptional. The cornbread skillet they offer is absolutely delicious! The gumbo is surprisingly good for a casino setting. As a big fan of crab cakes, I was looking forward to trying theirs, but unfortunately, the ones we had during our visit a few weeks ago contained blue cheese and were accompanied by a horseradish sauce.
