Absolutely the worst place to eat. Waited forever for my food. The food was made wrong. All the employees were outside working on there car's. This all happened on 4-8-2022. Will NEVER go there again ?

This has been the worst A&W experience I've ever had! I've visited this location twice, and both times, our entire order was incorrect and the food was overcooked. Additionally, the staff members were rude and unhelpful. I highly recommend avoiding this location!

This restaurant appears to be open, but the doors are locked. I went through the drive-thru, and they only gave me part of my order, asking me to wait in the parking area for the root beer. I've been waiting for 20 minutes now, and I can see them inside not doing anything. View menu

I want to know when you started adding Cayenne pepper to your hamburger sauce. I bought a Papa Burger and it was terrible I had heartburn I took 2 bites and returned it to you. I was sick the next day with intestinal problems if I could sue you I would.Do want to put a star but I have to to post this message

I’d like to inquire about when you added cayenne pepper to your hamburger sauce. I ordered a Papa Burger, and it was so spicy that I couldn’t handle it. After just two bites, I sent it back. The following day, I experienced stomach issues and now I'm contemplating taking legal action. I would have left a star rating, but I felt it was more important to share this experience instead.

During my initial visit to this restaurant, I felt somewhat overlooked. Although I wouldn't say I was deliberately ignored, they neglected to give me cutlery and napkins. The staff member appeared eager to rush me through the drive-thru, even though there was no one behind me. Overall, I was disappointed with the service. I have to say, I’m really disappointed with this KFC location. They've run out of original chicken way too often – unlike Popeye's, which never seems to have this issue! Once, they even ran out of chicken just 20 minutes before closing. It’s frustrating because I really enjoy the food when it’s available, but unfortunately, 25% to 35% of the time it’s not. I’ve shared my experience on social media to let others know about the problems at this place. I hope you can share this review!

Absolutely the worst-managed restaurant I've ever encountered! After five years of giving them multiple chances, I’ve come to the conclusion that things are unlikely to improve. They're often out of their key ingredients, like the chicken they’re known for and their burgers. For example, I tried to order the Tuesday bacon cheeseburger special, but they had run out of bacon, and I was left with just two plain hamburgers instead. To make matters worse, I had to wait a long time in the drive-thru during dinner rush at 7 p.m. Their inventory management is clearly a big problem. I’m honestly puzzled as to how they're still in business. At least they do serve good root beer!

There is a reason this location has low ratings. I waited 24 minutes in the drive through for my order. They made me drive around the front with 2 other cars. I waited and waited, and finally I went back through the drive through to say I want a refund, I no longer need my food after waiting 24 minutes. They would not give me a refund, just offered me a cake or drink, which I declined. The supervisor told me they were under staffed. I could see 6 employees walking around. He said 2 are training, two are leaving and nothing he can do about it. I waited another 5-7 minutes for them to give me me small order (just a hamburger and a chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings). The fries were burnt... View menu
