A&W - Menu

Everything was squished. Sandwiches were made wrong definitely never using this a&w again I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Can't go wrong with A&W and KFC.On our visit they were severely understaffed but the 2 girls working the entire store kept things moving quickly.

Cheese curds were greasy, burger was cold and dry. The place was filthy dirty disgusting! The lady working the register was pleasant and the root beer was good as always, love A&W root beer. I'll leave the restroom for you to experience!

The root beer float was enjoyable, but it was the only item from the drive-thru that looked presentable. Everything else was squished and nearly flat. The fries were cold, and there were no napkins included—come on! Napkins are inexpensive; have they forgotten them or are they charging extra now? I was disappointed with my last two visits, but I'm willing to give it another try. View menu

The staff was rude, and the chicken options were completely different from what was advertised on the menu. The restaurant itself was in poor condition. Several customers who came through the Drive-Thru had questions about their orders, but they were treated poorly. There were no name tags on any of the employees, so I can't single anyone out. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Store was dirty, my table was sticky like no tomorrow and they also don't clean the tables when people leave,the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned In a week, the hamburgers were very thin double patty looked like one single patty that's how small. The employees were not very customer service trained especially cussing infront of customers with children... will not be going back or recommend.

I came in on Thursday at 8:44 PM and was asked to pull forward. After sitting and waiting for 15 minutes for my food, I got up to check on my order. I approached the manager to ask if they had forgotten about me, and he snapped back that he had just finished my order while three employees stood around doing nothing (you can check the cameras if you like). I found his tone quite rude, so I requested a refund. This only seemed to upset him further. I pointed out that it’s fast food and no one should have to wait 15 minutes for their meal.
