"Quaint neighborhood pizza place in the middle of downtown Tarpon Springs with very friendly staff. Our server, Avalon, did a phenomenal job with our big group of nine while also serving other tables nearby. The food had a homemade vib, not corporate, and everything tasted really, really good. I would love to see more wings in the serving but only because they were so good. Plentiful public parking across the two-lane street. Great fresh pizza made with care. Good service even when busy. Great selection and family friendly. Just down the block from Great shops and the Replay Museum. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who goes to the Tarpon Springs area.

Being originally from New York and loving their pizza, this is the best pizza in the entire state, I am certain. The hibiscus is absolutely marvelous with the glaze balsamic vinegar topping. This is one of my favorite restaurants. Don’t miss it.

I love Back Draughts! This was the best pizza I had ever had! I'd never had wood-fired pizza before and chose this place to give it a try! There's not another pizza place that can compare!! The waitress was very good!! We loved it and now we're convinced it's the only pizza we want! View menu

Sat outside on our recent visit. Service was quick and courteous. Nice beer selection, although the menu was not up to date. The cheese curds appetizer was not very good. They were way small and overcooked. The pizza (Truffle) was really good. Overall a nice place with reasonable prices.

The food is fantastic, and their elderberry ale is exceptional as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone! It's great for families and friends, although the indoor seating is somewhat limited. They also offer outdoor seating! Overall, I would rate it: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

I Pizza One of my Favorite Pizza Joints because of it's vibe and superior ingredients which are always fresh daily; the dough is high quality and staff are very friendly. Beside amazing pizza they have delightful salads. In addition, the Pizza Chef is a master of his craft and he bakes to perfection! They have an excellent beer and wine selection. They have several seating options, including curbside, for us who love Pedestrianism. This is a must-try from any distance! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"Tarpon Springs is an interesting place to visit. There 's an odd mix of tourists, locals, and out-of-towners that keeps the area feeling like a tourist trap, but still maintains a certain local charm. Being a settlement of the Greeks back in the day for sponge diving, there is certainly no shortage of Greek themed food establishments. Yeah, some famous named TV chef endorses this one restaurant, and some slightly famous food video blogger raves about another, blah blah. But there is a nice, slightly off the path gem called Costa 's right there in the center of town. First, the service. perfect every time. Nice, friendly, and prompt. Second, the prices are very reasonable. Third, the food is quite simply the best Greek/Mediterranean cuisine on the planet. Portions are more than sufficient to satisfy the largest appetites. Always start with the Saganaki (flaming cheese). We 've had so many wonderful dishes here. The Mousaka will blow your mind! The lamb shank can almost feed two. The Souvlaki (chicken or pork) is so juicy and tender and comes with a ton of garnishes. Their Greek salad is a work of art and comes with a dressing that nears a religious experience. Let 's talk Gyro meat for a second. There are so many variations and recipes for a good Gyro. But, Costa 's has the absolute best Gyro meat on the planet. The seasonings aren 't over bearing and the meat is always glistening with juices and so very tender. When in Tarpon Springs, get away from the dolphin cruise barkers and redundant tourist gift shops for a bit and sit your butt down at Costa 's for grub. You will NOT leave hungry, guaranteed. I would recommend doing a dolphin cruise, BEFORE eating though. There are no public facilities on Anclote Island and the accommodations on the dolphin cruises would be less than desirable for any such... needs ."
