"Awful experience. Every time I order from here, something goes wrong. I waited an hour and a half for a delivery of two grilled cheese sandwiches for my kids, who are home sick. After an hour, I called and was told the delivery driver was just leaving (only 3 minutes away). But another half hour passed before she finally arrived. When I paid the $15 order with a $20 bill, she told me there was no change available and took the food back! Seriously, who does that?! Bagel Os really needs to get it together. I won’t be coming back and would advise others to stay away from this terrible place."

bagels are delicious, as long as you don't order with cream cheese!! There was barely anything on it and of course, made it hard to eat while on the road. Don't be stingy!!

Unimpressed, food is average, counterperson gave me someone’s sandwich that had been sitting there for 5-10 min vs the fresh one that came out because they were too busy trying to entertain everyone else.
