"I can definitively say that the dining experience at Baracoa is one of the best I have ever experienced. Our server Gabi greeted my fiancé and I promptly with waters and suggestions about the menu, and checked on us frequently throughout the night. She was even so thoughtful as to ask if we wanted to take a picture of one of our drinks before she removed the smoking lid, how considerate! I personally tend to lean towards smaller portions, and when our food was brought to us, I thought there was no way I’d be able to finish it. I almost cleared my plate. Absolutely astonishing flavors. The Cuban coffee they deliver on to the MAX as well, stunning even the most discerning of coffee aficionados. All in all an incredible experience, thank you so much to Gabriella and the rest of the Baracoa team for an incredible night!!"

If you visit Palmdale make shure you stop for a delicious Cuban food, the customer service 10 plus very courteous! You will love this place,the variety of food plates soooo delicious! I recommend this place

It's the best food I've ever had while passing through Palmdale. It's also the best Cuban food I've ever had. My expectations are now much higher after having the ropa veija. Fun atmosphere, cool staff. Definitely will be back to try more dishes. View menu

We went to enjoy the patio grand opening. It's absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Nothing like it in the AV. It makes you think you're somewhere else. The patio is shaded, and also has fireplaces. Great ambience and the food is amazing as always. Go check it out!

Girlfriend and I went there and enjoyed it! The waitress was attentive, the manager (owner maybe? was just wonderful. Very polite staff, great atmosphere, and the food was nom. Had 2 sandwiches, mojo bread appetizer, and the guava cheesecake empanadas. My only meh was the $5 iced tea (understanding inflation otherwise was enjoyable and would go again!
