Bought a ton of coffee and hot chocolate boxes from here today. Workers were very nice and offered to help carry all the stuff to my car. Great employees

The worker was so fxxking rude, If u guys order medium hot americano, u could get large hot caramel machiatto . BE CAREFUL , and they'll never change drink for u . no return, no change , but charge

The people running this store are incredibly rude. They try to convince you that you're wrong if you're given the wrong food or drink. If you insist, they make you wait as they make what they've obviously run out of while gaslighting you. It's honestly funny but really just ridiculous. They just gave me a super watered down iced tea after having a mishap last time I was in. They're petty... LOL

I was just there a few minutes ago and it's busy, as someone who has worked in the food industry I get how overwhelming it is. The cashier was absolutely rude when I was getting my order. It's loud and you can barely hear over people and their conversations so Sorry I couldn't hear you say my order but learn to be more profesional and learn to perform under stress. The gentleman who gave me my 2 for 5 practically threw it at me. Now I understand the reviews as well as all the complaints from acquaintances.

This is a typical Dunkin' location. I recommend ordering online for pickup, as it can get quite busy in the mornings. The space is small, which leads to some chaos during peak times. Keep in mind that there is no restroom available since it's a stop-and-go spot. I live nearby, and it’s the closest Dunkin' to Gantry Park. There are other options in the area, like bodegas, where you can also grab a cup of coffee. There is another Dunkin' near Hofplatz, but it's a bit far from Vernon. Now I know why this place gets a one star. Sorry but I never post negative reviews. I would rather stay shut then say anything bad. But this place is funny. They f up my drink, I go inside and tell them. They look at me like I have 3 heads. Tell me I'm wrong. How the hell am I wrong. I order the same drink at ever Dunkin' I go too. Also when does anyone add granulated sugar to a caramel macchiato. Last thing I want to be tasting is sugar. I just can't. Good thing I don't come to this Dunkin'. I would explode. My head would drive me nuts I would rather drink Starbucks then this place again.

I ordered a small latte and a large salted caramel cream cold brew, but both drinks had issues. The lid on the salted caramel cold brew was completely dirty, and when I asked for a new lid, they simply wiped it and handed it back to me. Unfortunately, it was still dirty after the wipe. As for the latte, it was just plain coffee with no flavor. I understand that places can get busy, but there was hardly anyone there. They even asked me several times about my latte order, yet I still didn't receive what I expected. In the end, both drinks were disappointing. I hope they can improve if they want to stay in business.

I absolutely love that this place is open 24/7! The cleanliness is average, but there are plenty of tables and chairs, so you're never left without a spot to sit and enjoy your order. The staff is always friendly and patient; they listen carefully to your order and rarely make mistakes. They are quick and always a great option for grabbing breakfast when I'm running late for work. Since it's open all night, it's perfect for late-night hangouts—whether I'm meeting friends for coffee or treating myself to some ice cream, no matter the weather!
