Make sure to join the birthday club for a complimentary small scoop of ice cream. Unfortunately, the seven layer bar ice cream was not to my taste, but I'm sure the other flavors are delicious. Great place for ice cream as you come from one of the restaurants or see from a movie. It's never full. Service is fast and pheasant. And Ben Jerry is great ice anyway!

The ice cream here is fantastic, but I would recommend skipping the waffle cones or bowls. They aren't made fresh, and mine was stale. The ice cream deserves a solid five, but the waffle cone/bowl gets a zero.

The service was disappointing due to the staff's unprofessional behavior. As a person of color, I felt uncomfortable, and the staff member's attitude was unwelcoming. While the ice cream was excellent, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The staff at this Ben's restaurant are excellent! The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because their hours are inconsistent. *Update* The staff has changed and seem frustrated. Additionally, they never have almond milk. My rating has now dropped from 4 stars to 2.
