I love their pretzels! It's so convenient now that they are available inside some Walmart stores. I no longer have to make a special trip to the UP Mall in Mishawaka to satisfy my pretzel craving!

These are undoubtedly the best pretzels I've ever had! I'm a big fan of the bites, and I've never had a bad experience at this place. The staff—Ana, Devon, and Calli—are exceptionally friendly and always make an effort to ensure that everyone is satisfied. You should definitely give it a try; you won't regret it!

I love the pretzels here. For a sweet treat, try the Dutch almonds—they’re so delicious, they don’t even need dipping. The pretzels are almost always fresh out of the oven and taste amazing. They offer the best hot pretzels I've ever tasted, and there’s a great selection of dipping sauces available. However, I'm not a fan of the fact that the restaurant is located within a Wal-Mart. If they were in a more standalone location, I would definitely give them a 5-star rating. It’s a bit disappointing that I have to go to Wal-Mart just to enjoy my favorite pretzels.

Ben's Soft Pretzels offers the best hot pretzels I've ever tasted, with a great variety of dipping sauces to choose from. The only downside is that the store is inside a Wal-Mart, which I really dislike. If they were located anywhere else, miles away from Wal-Mart, I would gladly give them 5 stars, because having to go there just to enjoy my favorite pretzels is a bit disappointing.
