There was only one person taking orders, and the line was surprisingly long for a Tuesday afternoon at 2:30. I felt sorry for him; he was dealing with a steady flow of customers and didn’t get any assistance from other staff during the hour and a half we waited in line and sat there. I probably won't return."

I had a difficult experience when trying to order my food, as Amanda was quite rude when my credit card didn't go through. However, I had previously visited the cafe and received wonderful service from someone named Taylor, who was very kind and helpful. I would be willing to return.

My recent visit to Big Drop Cafe was disappointing compared to my last experience. The food didn't meet my expectations, and the wait time was excessively long. My meal sat at the window for 15 minutes before it was served due to the staff being under-resourced. I hope their menu improves soon.

Where do I even begin? When I arrived, I was greeted by a line of about 15 orders in front of me, and it took more than an hour just for my order to be taken. Once I finally sat down, I found my table covered in sticky soda that the staff ignored to clean, even after I asked several times. As for the food, I've honestly had better flavors from dog food. There isn't a single positive aspect to this restaurant. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

And they must be short staffed like everywhere else, because it was difficult to find a table that was clean and there was only 1 guy taking orders and the line was extremely longfor 2:30 in the afternoon. I felt bad for him having a never ending line and he got no relief from any other worker in the hourand half we stood in line/sat there. Probably wouldn't waste my and time here again.
