"Ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi, as well as the shrimp only hibachi. Not only was it an incredibly small potion NOT worth $22, but It lacked flavor and the shrimp were the most over cooked seafood I believe I've ever had. It has the consistency of chicken. Very very disappointing concidering we spent $60 on two entrees and crab Rangoon. Would not eat there again."

"My family has been enjoying Charlotte’s Rib for forty years and it consistently impresses me! The coleslaw is the best that I have ever placed in my mouth, hands down! The beef brisket as well as the pork steak, and baby back ribs are all family favorites! And by the way, try their French fried mushrooms and Jalapeño Poppers, both excellent. Charlotte’s Rib has catered numerous family gatherings for my family and out of town guests have consistently complemented us on the food. If I was on Death Row and was ordering my final meal on this earth, it would most probably be Charlotte’s Rib! Family owned and run, exceptionally sweet people to do business with. "Indoor seating is limited. Be prepared to sit outside or take to-go. Restaurant is clean, and wait time is minimal. All of our pizzas were delicious: 1/2 cheese 1/2 pep for our kids, BBQ chicken and Boardwalk for the adults. 8” was the perfect size for all 3 pizzas. We’ll definitely be back. Service was friendly and fast, but they could stand to polish up their number system, as we saw many items get delivered go the wrong tables."

"We had an enjoyable time during our meal, but the dining experience left much to be desired. We waited five minutes before anyone greeted us at the front door. Once we were seated, we waited another ten minutes for our server, who then told us she would be back to get us water. We had to stop her to place our beer order, which arrived with a rather old and crusty orange on the glass. When she finally returned to take our food order—after another ten minutes—there wasn't even an apology or acknowledgment of our wait; all we got was, "So, what are we having?" On a positive note, the food was good and served quickly. Perhaps it was just an off night for the service, but it definitely left a negative impression."

"This was the worst excuse for a strawberry malt I've ever tasted. It had absolutely no malt flavor and was as thin as water. To make matters worse, when I pointed out the missing cherry, the staff member laughed and asked if I wanted a straw with it. Right now, I’d rather be at the Malt Shop in Fenton. I wasted $10 on a malt, and half of that was spent just getting there. In response to your message, there's no need to reach out via email; I won’t be returning, even if you offered me free treats for a month. I understand that it’s just kids working there, but come on, it’s a malt! How can you forget to include the malt flavor in a drink? It’s right there in the name!"
