"I decided to give this restaurant another chance tonight, but my experience was disappointing. The waitress seemed rushed throughout my visit. I ordered the ham and cheese special, which was supposed to come with chips, but instead, I received fries. When I pointed this out, the waitress insisted that I had requested fries. It makes no sense to ask for fries when the menu clearly states chips. To make matters worse, she tried to charge me extra, more than the price of the special. After I expressed my concerns, she brought the manager over, who told me to calm down, even though I was already calm. This place really needs to improve their staff. I won’t be returning again."
