"This place was really a pleasant surprise. I've been working around here and I haven't tried it since the opening. Today, in view of the 19°F weather, I decided to pick up an order for soup and sandwich. I chose the combo that supplies a cup of soup, a sandwich and a drink. My sandwich choice was the Smokey pimento cheese and bacon sandwich (without salad and tomatoes) and a cup of tomatoes basil soup. First, the portion sizes were larger than I expected. The sandwich was made from a high quality roasted bread. The Pimento cheese was definitely homemade and delicious! As for the soup, oh my, it was also divine! It was the color of a bisque, but did not taste as if it had added any milk. It had real pieces of tomatoes and basil leaves. It was really high quality. I finished my meal with a piece of triple chocolate cream cake that does not need praise because the name has built enough Hallelujah factor and you know it was amazing. This place is a jewel!!!! Please support them. I'm sure I'm back!!!"
