"We buy our 5-lb. bags of coffee for the apartment here. The coffee is solid, but I have to say, Nanu is the real reason I’m leaving a review. She goes way above and beyond to make sure our order is right, and is always super helpful and friendly. Once our coffee was a bit late arriving from the roasters, and she gave us her own employee perk can to tide us over! Seriously, it’s so hard to find folks like this anymore. Make Nanu a managing partner, seriously. Thanks so much for the great customer service experience. We’ve gotten used to little more than an inchoate mumble and a look of annoyance from the employees at half the spots we visit. It’s so nice to have a good experience here. Service: 5"

This place offers one of the best cups of coffee you can find, and their pastries are fantastic—especially the muffins, which I highly recommend. The prices are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful.

Love this cafe, the atmosphere is awesome and pastries delicious. Vegan tahini cookie slaps. The barista with the red hair is so friendly and welcoming, they already remember my order and I've only been here a couple of times. Come here if you're in Brooklyn Heights!
