"I have tried to give 5 stars, but this is completely reserved for restaurants 100% vegan or vegetarian. taspen is as close as it becomes. since I was introduced in taspens a few months ago, I can't count how often I am back. I brought many friends who are not vegan and challenged them to order vegan items from the menu and all of them were overwhelmed. as others have shared, they can make almost everything on their menu with a vegan option. I had so many things here. some of my favorite (always vegan) are the black hole burrito and especially the vegan sunrise pancakes! her cosmic veggie vegan pizza has overcrowded me. it was excellent with the Cashew cheese. I cannot get enough of her bossman’s black bean burger on the gluten free bun as well as her mushroom melt and tunaless chickpea salad sandwich. Wife loves her quesadilla. then there are numerous salads. getting the sandwiches I mentioned also comes with a great salad. it is obvious that I love this place. they continuously develop more vegan options. if they are vegan or vegetarian, they will not be disappointed. plus, the entire staff will go beyond and beyond to make sure they leave as a satisfied customer/dining room! updated by the previous review on 2019-12-31"

"This is our favorite restaurant! They offer an incredible gluten-free, dairy-free mild sauce that is simply amazing! It's so delicious that my four-year-old had a total meltdown when we wanted to go for dinner, but they had already closed for the night! We usually order the allergy-free wings extra wet, along with a side of sweet potato fries to dip in the sauce. It’s heavenly! They also make fantastic house-made potato chips. If you dine in, you’ll be treated like family. Bill and Charlie are so warm and welcoming that you truly feel at home with friends."
