"On March 18, I visited a Buc-ee's location and noted that gas prices for regular unleaded were $3.77 per gallon. There’s plenty of parking available, and customers are generally considerate, filling up their tanks and parking afterwards. I indulged in some delicious brisket, flavorful beef jerky (both spicy and mild), and sausage on a stick wrapped in a tortilla. I ended up spending more inside the store than at the pump — $67 compared to $56. I highly recommend this stop; it was a great place to refuel on our trip to and from Port Aransas from Houston. The gas station is quite busy, so be prepared for that. This Buc-ee's definitely deserves another five stars! The pulled pork sandwiches and tortilla-wrapped sausages were fantastic, and the soda mixes had just the right balance of carbonation and flavor. The location was kept very clean, especially the bathrooms, and gas prices were reasonable. I’m already looking forward to stopping by this Buc-ee's again on our road trip back to Houston from Port Aransas! On March 19, I returned home, and the experience was just as stellar: clean bathrooms, refreshing Icees, and great soda!"

This place is fantastic! The coffee is outstanding, and the bathrooms are top-notch—definitely a 10 out of 10. It truly lives up to its reputation. It's simply Buc-ee's! View menu

I spent $100 on food and gas, only to be told that I couldn't have ketchup unless I purchased chicken or fries. What’s the logic in offering mustard and mayo but not providing any packets of ketchup?

The staff at Bucky's is always polite and consistently checks to see if you need any assistance. They also maintain a continuous cleaning and disinfecting routine. As everyone knows, their bathrooms are spotless!

Great spot to fuel up and grab just about anything u forgot at home. They have so many fuel pumps to choose from so it's pretty quick to fuel up and back on the rd. Stop on in and choose a variety of their Jerky . Also sweets if you got a sweet tooth get the almond or pecan nuts. Don't forget to pick up some merch the quality is worth it View menu

My first stop at Buc-ee's, and I was overwhelmed at the inside of the building. There are soo many items in this store. Row after row filled with whatever your needs required. Clean restrooms, clean business inside and out! Choices galore on fresh meat for sandwiches, or BBQ's. Gas was reasonably priced for the area, and plenty of gas pumps; over 50 pumps available for quick fill-up!

I've always had a positive experience with customer service here. The staff and managers have been professional, even when dealing with demanding customers. I recently came across a review complaining about a knife being overpriced, which made me chuckle—it’s hard to think of that as a credible complaint when everything is clearly labeled with a price. It might have been beyond someone’s budget, but people often project their emotions when it comes to spending. As for food recommendations, don’t miss the chopped brisket sandwich, fish tacos, mammoth fajitas taco, and the chicken tender meal. For snacks, I highly recommend the beaver nuggets, mustard potato salad, banana bread, banana puddin...

"I placed an online order for some tacos, a burger and some curly fries. I ordered six tacos (three orders) and when I got home, we noticed there were only five tacos in the bag. I live about 10 minutes outside of town, so I called the restaurant to speak with someone just to let them know I was driving back to get my taco. No answer, the line was busy...I called back five more times but nothing. I get to the restaurant and found the manager outside smoking with another gentleman, not sure who he was. The cashier who originally gave me my order the first time opened the window and I explained what happened. She asked me if I wanted the taco or a refund. I pretty much lost my appetite by this point, so I said I will just get my money back. Not once did I demand a refund for the whole meal which was $14.00 and change, just the one taco. She was nice at first and told me to pull around to the front. All of a sudden, her professional manager came busting through the front doors saying that she needs the food and credit card I used in order to process a refund. I told her I left the food at home for my family to eat but just wanted a refund for the one taco since I purchased six and only got five. The man I saw her smoking with then joined her at my car window and said there would be no refund for the order and I said, Sir, I am not requesting a refund for the entire meal, just the one taco! He said because I did not bring the food back there was nothing he could do. Meanwhile, the manager is yelling that she personally verified the order and checked it twice, etc. I told both of them why in the world would I drive all the way back to town for one taco??? BECAUSE I PAID FOR SIX AND RECEIVED FIVE, that 's why!!! By this time, the manager stormed back into the restaurant and the original cashier came outside to get in on the bullying game. I asked her in front of the man to clarify that I only wanted my money back for the taco, when all of a sudden she turned on me saying that I did request a refund and they have me on camera requesting a refund. I say pull the camera footage and no where will you hear me asking them to comp my meal. This is a prime example of terrible management, terrible coaching and some bizarre game to be right over one little taco. Sad."
