"The burger was really good, the customer service was awful from the time I ordered to the delivery, no one was smiling, people who ordered after me received their food first, when I did finally get my food the employee just put it on the counter and did not even announce who it was for when I asked if it was mine she just shook her head yes and did not even say anything. Again, the food was excellent but the employees were miserable. Get customer service training for your employees!"

It's a good place. Just plain. Not great but not bad. Decent.

First time here. Food was very good and hope to have it again. Breakfast dog was spot on delicious. Couldn’t have asked for anything else to make it better. Chili dog and salad also both very good. View menu

Have always gotten a good burger here, sometimes they change the menu up a little and add something new, I got hooked on this pineapple burger thing there, I add mushrooms and a bit of mayo with lettuce and tomato.I miss the tiny pickles though!

Great local burger joint with classic menu items. Always delicious. We have enjoyed all that we’ve ordered, including burgers, chicken sandwiches, and hotdogs, also sides like mozzarella sticks and onion rings. The smoked Mayo is the best condiment. We indulge in shakes and root beat floats sometimes too and are never disappointed. 5 star for its category. View menu

the burgers were very good. fries were standard pizza shop variety, nothing special. a little pricy 40 for 3 people) and not a single Patty version of burgers seen on the menu; personal preferences are two too many. a big grip was that they had an out of ORDER sign on their only bathroom. I saw a man employed it. I'm really frustrated if businesses don't have a space for customers to wash hands or use a toilet room.

I waited patiently to put my order. from any reason, the coworker I suspect was the owner, looked at me and went back to check his actions. another minute goes by and looks only confused. another employee went from behind fast to take my order (she was nice) not only this was a strangely dismaying desire, but the burger was not seasoned. just to say that I'm not back. we as consumers must realize that other restaurants need our money during this pandemic.

"We each started with a slice, which arrived quickly and hot—just how it should be. After our first bites, we exchanged approving nods. Unlike many other pizza places in Philadelphia and its suburbs that tend to overdo the cheese, leading to it sliding off with a single bite, that isn’t the case at Bruno's! Another highlight is the pizza sauce—it’s robust, sweet, and hints at herbs and spices, just as good pizza sauce should be. Overall, the pizza strikes the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and a crust that’s both crispy and chewy—truly pizza perfection. Next, we tried their cheesesteak with American cheese and onions. They use fresh rolls that are soft yet remarkably hold all the meat and cheese together, making for a fantastic cheesesteak. What sets Bruno's cheesesteak apart is that they season their meat, offering a flavor profile that’s much richer than the typical, dry meat and cheese you find at many other places. The combination of the seasoned meat, onions, and cheese in that soft roll makes this one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had in Philadelphia. I’ve been to all the popular spots: Steve's Prince of Steaks, Geno's, Pat's, Jim's on South St., and Dalessandro's Steaks, and I can confidently say you need to try a cheesesteak from Bruno's to understand what I mean. To finish our meal, we ordered chicken wings. They are breaded and fried in the style that many of us Philadelphians grew up enjoying from local seafood places and pizzerias. The wings were cooked perfectly, and that first bite into the crispy breading had me hooked. I read some reviews claiming the chicken was undercooked, but I would have to disagree. It’s possible for properly cooked chicken to look red or even bleed at the thigh bone due to pigments from the bone marrow seeping through the thin bones of these young birds, causing a slight tint. I recommend enjoying a slice while waiting for your pizza to be ready. If you’re in the area, this is the place to visit! Pro tip: reheat your pizza on the stove to regain that fresh-from-the-oven taste and texture. Avoid microwaving your leftovers—don’t be an amateur!"
