I only got a 8 piece nugget, a whopper and a medium fry was asked to go to front parking lot to wait and ended up waiting 20 mins didn’t get my food as I ended up

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen before. I’m not sure if they get trained to be rude, but anytime I stop here I always end up with horrible customer service.

Lobby is closed due to short staffing. That’s understandable in these days. Went to the drive through, was asked wait 3 min at the parking lot. Ended up waiting 20min for 2 whoppers and fries. View menu

I am appalled. I cannot believe that our family's meal cost nearly 50 dollars and my chicken sandwich appears to have been bitten into by someone or something? I will definitely be contacting someone regarding this issue.

I was disappointed by the new BK Bacon Melt. I was expecting larger patties like the ones in a Whopper but received the same size as the ones in a kids meal. I'm grateful I didn't order a single patty. I'm still hungry and can only imagine how frustrating it is to judge a dish by its appearance. Now I'm feeling sad for two reasons.
