"The only reason people go here is because there are not many other options for a fastfood burger in town. The food is your typical BK, IF they get your order right. And even then you can expect to be eating something that has been sitting in theirsteamer, even if you ask for it to be made fresh. The worst part however is the service. Customer service at this particular BKis non-existent. Staff isn't exactly rude, they just don't care and give no extra to their work beyond taking an order andputting as little effort as possible into giving out food. The restaurant itself is usually minimally cleaned but you'll haveto go inside to order unless you speak Spanish (which I do) to order in drive thru. If you need a BK specific item, go here.Otherwise spend a couple dollars more and go almost ANYWHERE else in Willits."

They almost nailed it, and I would have given more stars. However, my son didn’t get his burger in his kids' meal, which was pretty disappointing!

The double whopper was a bit flavorless to me, and the onion rings I got left a weird film of grease in my mouth and throat. Kinda disappointing, considering they just updated and redid their entire kitchen. View menu

This is the best and fastest service I've experienced at any fast-food restaurant, from the West Coast to the East Coast. The staff is extremely polite and very prompt. If I could give a higher rating, I absolutely would.

The Burger King in Taylor, Arizona, is fantastic! They take part in all corporate promotions, and the food is served hot and delicious. The French fries were freshly cooked and perfectly crispy for fast food. Overall, both the service and the food here are excellent!

I went in there for a simple whopper meal. They proceeded to give me the wrong thing and the manager acted like it was my fault and was being straight up, rude and yelling at customers and employees and said ?well you should?ve kept your receipt? I didn?teven receive a receipt in the first place. Very unprofessional coming from the manager herself. I let her know that that?s wrongand left. View menu

They were very unresponsive, when we tried to order through the drive through nobody answered so we went to the window and we could hear people talking inside but they didn?t acknowledge us at all. Very rude staff also the hours on the poster on thefront door said the drive through was open? And we also tried to walk in but the door was locked for some reason the poster saiddining was supposed to be open as well what the heck. ?????

This has to be the dirtiest fastfood in the world. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Even the door is coated with grime, setting the tone before you even enter that bathroom... Watching an associate nonchalantly walk around dragging a piece of clothon surfaces reminds you to make sure your food doesn't get in contact with the tables.I maybe eat at this kind of places 4times a year max and this will not make me want to change that

"We enjoyed the fish and chips as well as the prawns and clam strips, and they were absolutely delicious. The fries were fantastic, and I appreciated that they weren't overloaded with salt; that’s definitely a bonus. Since we live about 20 minutes away, we decided to order chorizo breakfast burritos to-go. We warmed them up in the microwave the next morning and then crisped them on a griddle, and they did not disappoint—they were really tasty. The staff here are friendly and attentive. "I like good food and when I review, I try and promote the best of what I have experienced. Last night a friend and I were off to the college to see a movie and experience the Q A after. Willits doesn’t scream good food but I tried this place with a friend who heard great things, looking at it from the outside I was skeptical. This is a prime example of ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’. There was ample seating with some interesting pictures and art. Our hostess Terri greeted us with her Long Island accent and I was instantly transported back to my youth. She was forthcoming, open, honest and knowledgeable about the menu. The meatballs were giant and hearty, full of flavor. The bread was perfect and came with great dipping sauces. The Sugo with extra artichoke heats was a big hit. I chose penne Puttanesca extra spicy and I cannot rave enough about it. The only thing I missed was the cannoli, which I will break my no sweets diet. I’ll be back to try the pizza too, Terri said it was the closest to a New York pie you could get. Give this place a try. "I would rate this restaurant 5 stars, but the portions are quite small and they only accept cash. While that might have been acceptable in the past, there's really no reason for it post-2020. On the bright side, they do have an ATM inside, so you can withdraw cash if needed! The food is delicious, but the portion sizes leave something to be desired. Given the prices, you’d expect to get more. I usually leave positive reviews, but I’ll reconsider my rating once they start accepting credit cards."

"The lady behind the counter has been here since I moved to Willits in the '90s, and she seems ageless—I'm not sure how she does it! The ambiance is quiet and polite, complemented by excellent service. We've never had a bad meal here, whether it was for a quick bite or a leisurely dinner with family and friends. Make sure to ask for extra salsa; you'll definitely want it! The chips are also fantastic, and we never hold back. As a vegetarian, I ordered the veggie tacos, while my daughter had three pastor tacos, my other daughter enjoyed three carnitas tacos, and my wife opted for a super burrito without the tortilla. We never have to wait long, making it perfect for a quick stop on the way. Plus, it’s conveniently located on the south side, so it’s easy to access the highway or drive home while avoiding the bypass."
