This is the worst Burger King I have ever visited. The manager and staff were incredibly unprofessional in front of customers. They seemed more interested in gossiping about their friends than ensuring our order was correct. I recommend going to McDonald's instead.

The service is very bad one afternoon I went through the drive-thru and I asked for a combo of two hamburgers, soda and fries and they didn't ask me if I wanted cheese that soda wanted none of that. I think he should treat people better because the man came out angry because we complained to him. They must work better if they are paid, it is not for free.

This location in Long Beach has terrible service. I ordered some chicken fries and a large fries. It took over 15 minutes to get my order. The workers look depressed and uninspired. They wander around aimlessly. A manager finally showed up and people were finally getting their food. They also have a drive thru service. I saw a man just sitting in his car looking at his phone waiting patiently for a drink and burger and fries. He was there at the drive thru window before I ordered. Wow. So when I went I asked to go to the bathroom and they said we don’t have a key so I was talking the so-called manager and she said don’t judge us for having no key just a disclaimer it is 2 o’clock and nobody is in the store and I’m with my son when I was trying to order my whopper and they were too busy trying to tow my truck with the so-called tow truck when I finally got my food lady threw her microphone at a wall because they didn’t feel like making me food finally when I got my food they said they didn’t have any whoppers and they gave me a double bacon cheeseburger with only bacon cheese and a slice of bread when I demanded a refund they threatened to call the cops.

I opened my bag at home to find that my bun was missing. So, I drove back on August 19, 2023, around noon, and the staff pretended not to understand me. They finally replaced it, but when I got home, it was cold, stale, and had no cheese—plus, it came with extra pickles, which was everything I hadn’t ordered. I couldn't help but notice they were all laughing. I ended up scraping off the pickles and eating it anyway. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling sick and had to deal with vomiting and diarrhea. I will never return. Over the past year, my experiences with the staff have been mostly disappointing. They really need to reconsider who they’re hiring. It’s such a beautiful town, and it’s a sham...

I rated the food two stars because, frankly, I expected Burger King to be disappointing, but in reality, I would have given it just one star. The atmosphere earned three stars, mainly because they have a very open policy regarding their restroom. They allow patrons, especially us guys from the Robert Blake Memorial Long Beach Bus Terminal, to use the facilities freely, even all at once! On special occasions, we even hold friendly competitions in there—like upper-deckers, the Kansas City side-by-side, and Chicago sunroofs. It’s all in good fun!
