"On my way to the table, I asked the girl to get the manager. After waiting for a while and seeing no one come to my table, I went up to her again and asked if she had informed the manager about my request. Her response was that she thought she had let her server know. I clarified that I had specifically asked her on the way to my table to get the manager right away. When the manager finally came over, he didn't do anything to improve our experience despite the issues we faced. The restaurant has a lot of potential, with nice decor, but it seems the management could use a little improvement, especially regarding the handling of reservations and seating. The process for those waiting outside for their reservations could also be refined. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst either. I just wish the manager had been more understanding and responsive to our concerns."

The last few visits have been disappointing! The food was cold, the service was slow, and we won't be returning. We've dined here at various times—midday, early and late evening, during both busy and slow seasons—and it consistently fails to deliver a good experience. What a shame!

Though restaurant was pretty empty our server was always MIA. Took forever to give orders and get orders. She wasn’t around when we needed check to leave The tacos were tasty. The food was at best mediocre. It seemed frozen before being warmed up, lacking in flavor. The chips and salsa were the highlight of the meal. The ambiance was lacking; it felt more like being in a crowded camp than a restaurant. The noise level was excessive and quite unpleasant. Overall, I would not choose to return to this restaurant. This is not authentic Mexican cuisine!
