"While the food and drinks were amazing and my server was sweet and competent .. I was sat against the wall which at first was ideal because I was on a date but then I turned and looked closer and saw grime and stains and dirt and grease on the wall and the arms of our chairs were well past needing to be replaced. It made the experience questionable even though I enjoyed everything else. The music is a vibe the lighting is a vibe but don't look too closely it mig make you wanna leave . It's hard to recommend a place knowing this but I managed to suck it up and enjoy my food and my time there so keep this in mind !"

My experience with the service was less than satisfactory; the staff member I interacted with seemed a bit impatient. View menu

Long live Italian-style cuisine in New York! This fantastic restaurant offers unforgettable flavors, especially in the Sicilian style.

The staff member was unfriendly and didn’t smile at all, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere. The place was nearly empty, yet I felt uneasy while dining with my girlfriend. I won’t be returning.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
