"Yesterday I failed to eat breakfast or lunch. Today, I wanted a substantial breakfast. Cafe Bianco Googled up near the post office where I mailed off the last of two tax returns I spent yesterday finally getting finished by overruling a ‘tax expert.’ Nice space, lots of light, and available tables at 10 am. I am tempted to sit here and write for a while. At first, I was concerned that their excellent, simple but delicious menu would not leave me as stuffed as I desired. Then, to the side, I saw their special offering--bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato sandwich on sourdough. Excellent. I am well-stuffed and satisfied. Good coffee in a great cup I'm tempted to steal...I mean... tempted to ask if I can buy. I shoveled it down so fast I didn't get a photo of the sandwich. But here is a pic of the great cup and the remnants of the sandwich. I'll be back, perhaps for a couple of hours of writing if I can get it in before they get crowded. Surely they get crowded at lunch."

Very friendly process and amazing food. The lack of gluten is worth a visit to a fantastic cafe in addition to cleaning you up.

Very friendly staff and amazing food. Only slightly disappointed with the lack of gluten free options but apart from that a fantastic cafe which is well worth a visit.

Great lunch spot. I went there every day I was in the office until our office moved. Big hearty salads, wraps. Lots of veggie options. Friendly with old world feel. The staff is very attentive. View menu

Great family run cafe, didn't get a chance to try their coffee, but got a Dutch crunch scramble egg and sausage, yum yum yum. Love this local gem that has a lot of history and great quality food.

Friendly locally-owned spot downtown- who knew that was a thing?! Fast service, tasty food, good place to work or have meetings. Pass by Starbucks with their union-busting BS, much better things await around the corner.Food: 5/5

A great place to meet a friend, read or just sit and listen to yourself think. I love this place because it’s spacious, filled with light and not noisy at all. Has the feeling of a Kaffeehaus or bistro in other words a European feel to it. View menu

Food and drink are okay. Location and interior are great.Had an egg cheese sandwich on sourdough. Was pretty flavorless. Really could’ve used a sauce or spices and more variety in cheeses. The hot chai latte was a better experience but only just. A bit too watered down and only warm, not hot.

Food and drinks ok location and very good.Egg and cheese sandwich on sourdough. Quite tasteless. Can actually use more variety in a sauce or condiment and cheese. The hot chili was a better experience but only just. Somewhat down and just not warm.(Translated by Google)Diet and nutrition correct. Location and excellent.Egg and cheese sandwiches on the table. It's very tasteless. Can really use a variety of cheese sauces or spices and more. The ésyk Chai Latte was a nice experience, but that's it. Something cool and just warm, warming up

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
