"We had a party of for dim sum. Service was bad ... most of the waiters were not checking on you whether if you need to order, drinks refilled and utensils. Had to flag them down every single time. The prices are outrageous, for a small plate do fried rice. The bathrooms are super dirty and no one cared if it needed attention. Won’t go back!!"

What happened to Capital Seafood?? We came for dim sum during lunch time. Food was not good and we constantly needs to get waiter attention for anything we need. Being in Irvine Spectrum, I would expect everything to be alittle better. Very disappointed
