"I placed an order around 7:40 PM using their coupons. I specifically requested a plain breaded chicken sandwich and even mentioned my special order to the manager, who assured me that it would be plain. However, when I got home, I discovered that the sandwich was not plain at all. Additionally, according to the coupon, I was supposed to receive a small free fries and a small soda, but they forgot to include these items. I was in a hurry and didn't check my order properly at the drive-thru. Overall, my order was a mess. I didn’t want to drive back just for the small fries and drink—it wasn’t worth my time or gas. They really need to double-check orders before handing them to customers, especially since I was the only one in the drive-thru at that time. The service was terrible, and I won't be returning to this location. Giving one star feels generous; they don’t deserve any stars at all. This experience ruined my dinner! We pay for our food—please provide decent service! Your livelihood depends on us customers!"

My favorite fast food chain serves the most delicious sandwiches. The quality is always reliable, and their chocolate milkshake is amazing as well!

I had a strong craving for my favorite fast food burger, so I decided to use a voucher I received in the mail for a free item. The staff was very accommodating and even let me use a second voucher to get a large fries for just $1.29. In total, I spent under $10 for two burgers and a large fries. It was absolutely fantastic! I rate it 5 stars!

This particular Carl's Jr. was quite empty when we stopped in after a movie. I ordered a simple sandwich without fries or a drink, and I was shocked to find that it cost nearly $10. I thought that was overpriced, especially considering it wasn't even a $6 big burger. My son and daughter had the same experience. Overall, spending over $30 for three sandwiches felt excessive, especially since the place is more of a hole in the wall than a nice establishment with appealing surroundings. View menu

I've always been a fan of Carl's Jr., but my latest visit left me extremely disappointed. My order was entirely messed up and, to be honest, inedible. I specifically ordered a Famous Star, but what I got was nothing like it. The lettuce was wilted, the tomato was squished beyond recognition, and I didn’t get any tomatoes, onions, or pickles at all. The bun was stale, despite my request for fresh, crisp vegetables including extra onions, fresh lettuce, and tomatoes, along with my favorite pickles. Instead, the burger was cold, and the bun crumbled apart as if it were old. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Carl's Jr., and I can’t help but question why the food quality has declined...

In March 2014, I began to notice that my special orders get messed up about every other time I visit, whether in the restaurant or at the drive-thru. This has been a recurring issue for the three years I've lived nearby, and it’s incredibly frustrating. It happened again today, prompting me to write this review. As of September 14, 2022, things have not improved. The customer service here is the worst I’ve encountered at any fast food restaurant. I usually avoid this place, but its convenient location just around the corner and 24-hour hours cause me to give it another chance when I’m in a rush. Unfortunately, I'm consistently disappointed. It happened again today—despite having my receipt...

"For this area, it is very good and it’s the only sushi option we have. I can’t stop laughing at all the people giving Hiro a bad review because it’s not as good as sushi in California or Washington or Japan no kidding! That’s like going to Japan and complaining about how bad the Mac n cheese is! Snarky foodies and those passing through or new to the area who don’t understand how difficult it is to get things here you don’t need to compare it to wherever you’re from or whatever you’re “used to” or “familiar with.”Montrose is completely land locked, 1000 miles from any ocean, rural, not on any major freeway, and has little variety as far as international cuisine of any type. There are 40,000 people in the entire county and it’s not really a hot spot for cultural diversity. Maybe it isn’t top notch for L.A., but for this area, it’s nice to have it!Everyone in my family likes going to Hiro, it’s usually our “special occasion” place. They have specialty rolls for holidays that are pretty fun to try. I always get rainbow roll and I haven’t had one I’d consider not good. I have had better sushi in big cities, it’s not the best sushi over ever had, but it’s also good. It is a bit pricy but, again, Montrose is not near a freeway and most of the roads going there are closed or really dangerous in winter (and non winter) months so imagine what it costs to get sushi supplies. I get the cost here. The owner isn’t the friendliest person, but he is not American and I’m pretty sure it’s a cultural thing. He isn’t rude, he’s just blunt and isn’t going to make small talk with you. The restaurant itself is small with an odd layout and usually cold, that is true. But we don’t mind because we get sushi! That’s a treat! If you’re from out of town, you should know you’re not getting fish that was caught this morning when you’re at 6000 feet elevation surrounded by mountains… so just pass on by and don’t disappoint yourself."
