"We made a reservation to watch the Sevilla game at this restaurant. However, when we arrived, there was no designated seating for us, making us unsure if our reservation was honored. There was a loud party happening in the next room with a DJ playing music, causing distractions every time the door opened to bring in food. This made it difficult to hear the match commentary. We wish we had been informed of this beforehand. Additionally, we felt that the overall experience was overpriced for the quality of food and service we received."

The restaurant has a nice venue and good location, but it is overpriced and lacks the best service and atmosphere.

It was so noisy that you could not talk. The service was good and the food was good. But I want to speak to my guests and the noise prevented that. View menu

I was told that this place was an Irish sportable, but it didn't seem to be. not much Irish food in the menu. also telemundo showed the South American World Cup on almost all televisions.

I was informed that this place was an Irish sports bar, but it did not seem to be. There was not much Irish food on the menu, and Telemundo was airing the South American World Cup on almost all the televisions.

We booked the Seville game. When we arrived, we can just sit everywhere, so insecure from a reservation There was a loud party next door with DJ music etc. and every time the door for food was opened in the dining area, drowned the game comments we should tell about it cost for what you get View menu

We reserved the courtyard/outdoor seating but were told there’s a private event! We shouldn’t have been allowed to book online if it wasn’t available. It was my cousins first time in nyc and after 14 years I’m leaving the city at the end of the summer. This evening was not as we expected per our reservation through open table.

For anyone that has used Open Table before, you know that the restaurant receives your phone number and email address upon booking. Well, we reserved an outdoor table, only after making the 25 minute trek did we find out that the outdoor has been closed for renovation for awhile and would remain closed for the foreseeable future. It’s just not right. There should have been notice given, or at the very least, you just have stopped allowing people to book outside tables.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
