"Fried food isn't healthy and fast food isn't either but when I get a craving for chicken gizzards, livers, and catfish. Carter's is hands down the only place I am going. My husband really enjoys the triple cheeseburger, it's really like stepping back in time and eating an original fast food cheese burger with all the fixings. Carter's is fast and efficient at the window, even with a line of cars wrapped around the building. The Staff works hard."

Upon our arrival the staff was so friendly ! They never tried to rush us. They never treated us badly. They were amazing ! The chicken was the absolute best ever. I had a 2 PC dinner with okra and mashes potatoes. I also had the fried livers. I could not finish it as it was so much food. You will not leave hungry for sure. I had the rest the next day for lunch. Mmmmmm
