"They are the best little bakery downriver. I have been going there for over 30 years!!! I just introduced my boyfriend from Maryland because he wanted pumpernickel bread. We couldn't find true pumpernickel anywhere. As always, Caprara never disappoints. Thank you. Lots of love for this bakery"

"I took my family here to get lunch. I do have an interracial family…. it was not busy at all. Our waiter was an older white women. It hurt very much to see the look on my kids face because I decided to leave before ordering after sitting for 20min. The waiter was very rude and did not want to take our order. Just kept looking at us and walking by. The host which was a woman of color told our waiter to take our order the older white women still did not even come to our table. Very disappointed by this place. I would hate to think it was racism but that was my first thought."

"I have visited this restaurant twice now. The first time, I was extremely impressed. The food was delicious, the staff was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. However, my second visit left me feeling disappointed. It was difficult to find something that my picky 4-year-old would eat, but I decided to order fries for her. Unfortunately, we were served waffle fries instead of the regular fries that I had ordered. This was disappointing considering that the menu did not specify that they were waffle fries. Additionally, the food quality was not up to par, with undercooked potatoes and an omelet that was lacking in ingredients. Despite this, I am willing to give the restaurant a third chance as my first experience was so great. For this visit, I rated the service a 3, the atmosphere a 4, and the recommended dishes are the Beef Brisket and Breakfast Potatoes. The price range per person is $10-20 for a brunch meal."

"Totally a Michigan diner located on Dix Hwy. Easy to find and ok food. Parking isn’t easy but not a big deal. I had the country fried steak, and unfortunately the gravy was ice cold. I think the breading and the steak overall was overcooked leaving me with not the best breakfast. Good coffee, good service, but there are so many diners in the area, you can probably find better. I like Zorbas on Fort St in Riverview better. Parking: Usually hard to find parking here. "There for a family pre-wedding party. Had a variety of food for about 30 people, served family style at each table. Chicken Paprikas, stuffed Cabbage Roll, Dumpling Dish, Mixed Vegetables, Weiner Schnitzel, Tossed salad. The Chicken with the sauced dumplings were my favorites. We also had an Appetizer Plate with hard salami, Ritz crackers and a cheese mix that was good. Desert was a Kremes, which I brought home, but everyone else tucked into that pretty good. Huge parking lot, but it was pretty full tonight with our party, a class reunion, and regular diners. It is wheelchair accessible getting in, but I couldn't tell how much room between tables. I got through with my walker. Btw, if they still have their Roasted Duck Dinner Special each Month, don't miss out. It's been years, but my late Parents and I loved getting their carryout."
