"Parador in a super quiet convent if you don't catch events like we did. The staff was very friendly (Nieves explained a little about the history and the renovation of the parador) and highlighted the service of the restaurant. The guys and professionals are very attentive. It's wonderful to be treated like this. About the restaurant I also say that the dishes were exquisite. Both the ham croquettes we ordered (creamy and very good) and the lamb shoulder were amazing. The classic rooms are typical in a place of this substance. Noteworthy details: During our stay there was no wifi. To this we must add that the walls of the convent were like in the past, so the coverage is disastrous."

"We went to have an aperitif and we ended up eating, and the place was a great success, we really liked the food: black pudding and apple cigarillos, flaky omelette, cod crumbs and flaky pork tenderloin, for dessert apple pie... delighted"

"Me gusta escalar las puntuaciones teniendo en cuenta el contexto, y conociendo Aranjuez, Chinchón, Arganda, Rivas... este restaurante familiar no tiene nada que envidiar a los mejores. La ubicación ideal frente a la fachada de la iglesia en una de las entradas a la plaza mayor, la atención buena, la elaboración excelente, la variedad suficiente, la cantidad para hartarse y el precio muy razonable. Después de un copioso aperitivo que iba incluido en la bebida previa, hemos pedido tres entrantes de calamares fritos con un ali Oli muy buenos, unas tostas con anchoas y tomate natural rayado todo de calidad y un queso de Ciriaco de oveja curado en cuevas típico de alli del que nos tuvimos que llevar la mitad en un tupper por la gran cantidad. De principales que decir del atún rojo a la parrilla tan sabroso como la cebolla caramelizada al Pedro Ximénez con la que se acompañaba. Otro fue el bacalao al horno con finas hierbas y uvas pasas; exquisito!! Del rabo de toro que pidió la niña solo sé que le encantó pero más de la mitad lo llevamos para casa porque tampoco pudo acabarlo. Muy recomendable."

"Today we ate at El Casinillo. A small but cozy restaurant. Great service, very nice and professional waitresses. Food. Short letter and some off-letter recommendations. The habitats with very rich eggs. The sweetbreads with vegetables in texture are soft in flavor and well cooked. Of seconds, rib at low temperature well done and rich. Good portion of suckling pig, well cooked, perhaps it needed a bit more crust and some original ravioli, with thin dough and a very rich foie gras background. Dessert cheesecake with pistachios delicious very original. And a few glasses of wine, by the glass, of quality and local product. To repeat!!!!"

"Menú semanal muy escaso de cantidad, roza lo ridículo mucho plato grande para llenar solo el fondo, eso molesta bastante pues no cuela por mucha vajilla vistosa, llama la atención los nombres pisto de chinchon? Eso es pisto manchego sin ningún grediente más la bebida como poner caña, en vez de doble también otra racaneria, el postre más pequeño el cuenco no puede ser. Pagas la ubicación en la Pza por que ese menú no vale 16 €. No recomiendo.Curiosamente desde hace ya tiempo se come mejor y más económico en la capital, toca mucho la moral lo que ofrecen con lo que cobran."
