"I decided I wanted to dine at Aqua Caviar in Resort World. It was an early dinner on Sunday. The restaurant was empty. I thought lucky us. My friend said to me the hostess is going to ask if we have reservations , sure enough, the hostess asked that. So, I asked why do we need reservations if there is no one here at 4:55 pm. Hostess had no response, so she sat us in the corner of the patio area . We put in a beverage and appetizer order to our server. We ordered two club sodas no ice two orders of crab cakes and a lobster roll, the order had taken about 25 minutes to get to our table. The club sodas had ICE in them, and we did not order ICE. The crab cakes were not fresh, they were cheap frozen crab cakes, and we never received the lobster roll. We ordered Tuna Steak and Risotto, that never came. We were told something about ' not having fire for them , oh this all has taken a span of ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES before I decided to leave. I asked the server to get the Manager, I explained all that occurred. He had been standing at the bar with someone not paying attention to anything going on the whole time we were there. He then says Everything has been paid for . I asked why such poor service? His tone was so non concerning, I walked away telling him sternly I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE !"

I had the best experience at Aqua!! The caviar was incredible and it came with the best presentation. You also have to get some of their other plates like the toro and spicy salmon toasties! Definitely worth a visit whilst in Las

An outstanding meal. I started with the shrimp toast followed by the Alaskan black cod. For dessert I had the Basque cheesecake with espresso chantilly cream. Each dish was presented well and delicious. The service was very attentive and the atmosphere was very pleasant.A wonderful experience!

The hostess was extremely attentive, allowing us to take videos and photos of our experience without being intrusive. She also provided excellent recommendations for our group, and the seafood was incredibly fresh. Even though I usually don’t like caviar, the seafood tower was prepared in such a way that it was truly delicious. View menu

Albert, our bartender and server, provided excellent service throughout our meal. He crafted a delightful array of cocktails, alongside a glass of exquisite Chardonnay called "Broken Dreams." Every dish we tried was exceptional. We started with the three-piece crispy rice appetizer, which featured slightly smoky, crispy rice cakes topped with creamy ahi, finished with a hint of chili and garnished with microgreens. For the main courses, we enjoyed wonderfully sweet scallops and a delicious black cod marinated in teriyaki sauce. The proteins were tender and silky, with a delicate crunchy crust. To top off our evening, we indulged in a decadent gold leaf chocolate mousse cake, making for a tru...

Came here hoping for a nice birthday dinner. The food was good, though we were a little overwhelmed with the amount of brioche that came with the meal. Besides it being the bread they serve with butter, two of the other dishes also incorporated brioche. The service was good. The part we did not like is the setting. We were seated facing a half-wall and we could see the hallway outside the restaurant which is pretty much a mall. This really ruined the ambiance and didn't feel as exclusive or upscale as the prices would leave you to believe. Here comes the creepy part. I was sent a survey afterwards which I filled out providing similar feedback. The next day I saw one of the restaurant sales p...

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
