"Enjoy going to Cedar Creek for dinner. Had 6:30 reservations. We were sat immediately at the table. Waitress took 5 minutes to greet us and take our drink orders. She went by the name of Shay. She was not personable at all. We ordered an appetizer. We saw her walk by and take flatbread and butter to another table. We did not receive any. Had to ask her to bring some. That took awhile as we saw her standing at the end of the bar. We received our meals from a kitchen runner. Not once did she stop by to check on how we liked our meals and see if we needed anything. She eventually came by and asked if we wanted dessert. We declined and asked if we wanted our check. We got that within 30 seconds. We have frequented this restaurant numerous times and never had bad service til tonight. Extremely disappointing."

Dinner with another couple. Food was very good and our server, Micheal, was excellent. Arrived a few minutes early, we were seated immediately. Very busy, yet easy to have a nice conversation with our friends. Definitely will have dinner at Cedar Creek Grille again soon!

our problem is not with restaurant or server that serves us tonight. Books with open table app for 20:00 clock. 7:55. I wanted to wait as table prepared. no problem. I'll wait as you ask. after 8:00 and 2 different parties from 2 came to us and were set before us. had to ask why we didn't sit?! does this app really not make any reservations? do we prefer to call directly to the restaurant? want honest answer so we don't have to go through this again
