"I ordered Medu Vada 2 Pieces and Ghee Masala Dosa and it was sooo bad! It was tasteless, hard to chew with a bitter after taste. You can make much better tasting Dosa and Vada using any batter mix at home. The sambar tastes completely bland and tastes like hard water. Had to throw away the whole order. I highly recommend not to order from here. The chutney was ok, but you cant just have chutney after throwing away the dosa and Vada."

Chennai Express is the best place for Thalapakattu Chicken Biryani and Chicken 65 in Seattle. The Chicken Chettinad is fantastic as well. For a long time, there hadn't been a quality South Indian restaurant in Seattle, but Chennai Express has truly filled that gap.

This place is such a disappointment! I ordered Onion Masala Dosa and they charged me so much for that. The quantity they gave is so less that I felt like returning it to them but unfortunately its a doordash order so cant do that. The food tastes so weird its not at all authentic. This is my worst experience of ordering a doordash in so many years.

This place is fantastic! I ordered while it was still new on DoorDash and asked for some extra chutney with my Pongal. The person who took my call was incredibly polite and generously provided me with extra chutney. By the way, the Pongal is absolutely delicious. I was amazed to be enjoying such amazing food in Seattle for a weekend breakfast instead of in Chennai! View menu
