"The food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. My friends and I were looking for a place to unwind after a long week of 12-hour shifts, so we decided to try No Frills. We had some difficulty choosing from the menu, so we asked the server for a minute to decide. When he returned, we were ready to order, but my friend mistakenly asked for a foot-long cheese dog instead of a chili cheese dog. The server then called us uneducated and said we were wasting his time. Clearly, he wasn't motivated by customer service, as we then waited 30 minutes for our food and another 20 minutes for the check. As a fellow server, I can assure you that this is not how to provide service. The server was extremely rude, and it made for a very disappointing experience. I hope management can either hire better employees or provide better customer service training for their staff in the future."
