Fantastic! This is our go-to restaurant! Kid-friendly: It’s really easy to order kids' meals, and they have cat videos playing on the TV.

Love the service here! Quick service and a very friendly staff, I’ve never had a bad experience. Plus, my dogs love the treats at the window!

Everything was hot and fresh except for my fish my sister's was fresh mine was a tad bit not as fresh other than that the food is pretty good but the fish should be served fresh

The portion of the chicken tenders was tiny, almost like the scraps left at the bottom of the fryer! I really wish I had checked the box before driving away. I ordered the same thing in the next town, and it was perfect! I won’t be returning to this location.

We door dashed a order today and it was delivered very fast but the fish was not warm at all and also the French fries it might have been food from the warmer but if food is being door dashed please make sure it is very HOT before it leaves your restaurant so by the time it gets to customer it will be still warm!!! I bought 4 chicken strip meals and a snack pack. The chicken strips was thick and rubbery. They also had a sour smell and taste, inedible. They said it was because they had just changed the grease. Refused to return my money unless I brought the food back but I was unable to do that because it was in the trash at my kids school. Total waste of time and money.

I just ordered from this chicken express and they really messed up my order I had to drive all the way back up there to get what I ordered I even took the receipt up there and when I did they did not fix it. When I went in every employee was standing around r eating they can’t even fallow simple job. I am so frustrated because they did not want to help me and make it right and I did not get what I payed for three apple pies almost 8$ and the employee told me sorry and I didn’t get my apple pies. I never put a review on a fast food place but this really made me mad Highly recommend people not going to this chicken express lazy workers and they take your money

However, upon getting home and taking a bite of the breast, I found it incredibly tough and difficult to chew. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the chicken had been recooked. It looked like old chicken from the night before—brown, discolored, and unappetizing. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone who might have been the manager. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to understand the concept of customer recovery and simply said there was nothing he could do, almost brushing me off with a "sorry for your loss" attitude.
