"The service was so bad. The girl at the counter had an attitude and kept cursing. Told me to look up the menu on my phone. Kept dropping everything behind the counter. The tables were not wiped down. Very unsanitary. The workers are all goofing around instead of making the food. The food tasted so bad. Everyone in my family had stomach pains after. The sandwich tasted old even though they just made it. The milkshake tasted like just milk with no flavor. Highly don't recommend, stay away."

I've attempted to order grilled chicken here on numerous occasions, but they always seem to only offer fried chicken. I don't think it should be this way; it shouldn't be too difficult to simply take some raw chicken and grill it. View menu

I requested extra signature sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich, but there was barely any on it. The grilled chicken was overcooked, dry, and difficult to eat. Despite the description mentioning signature sauce, it turned out to be just plain mayo.

I'm really disappointed since the burgers used to be excellent here. The spicy chicken sandwich was just okay; once again, the chicken was not very flavorful.
