"Very friendly, always delicious, but sorely need to keep floor clean. It's a turnoff to see that while waiting for order...I would give 4.5 for that. Update: Just had to decrease the stars due to: there was not one grape or noticeable pecan in my Fancy Nancy. Again, the workers are nice and that helps, but after years of getting the same thing, customers are going to notice something like this. There have always been half-sized grapes scattered throughout (never enough, in my opinion, but noticeably delicious to bite into), and same with the pecans. It appears they are now putting minuscule little bits in, and you can't taste them. Don't scrimp to save a little money! Please go back to the original way of mixing in the whole larger pieces. Also, don't put skinny, wilted lettuce pieces and old-looking tomato slices on sandwiches. Everything should be primo at these prices. The job of proudly creating every single order to be its best rests squarely on the shoulders of the kitchen staff. Lastly, if the to-go box tilts in transit, that white dressing/juice that the brocolli salad sits in (that goes halfway up the compartment it's in) will run off onto everything else....bread, etc.. Pack it separately. Thanks..."

The food and service were excellent! I enjoyed the Oliva Chicken Salad, pasta salad, and a side of BBQ Chicken salad. Everything was conveniently served in to-go containers, which was perfect!

Absolutely to die for!! Husband had the Spicy Jalapeño and I chose the Fruity Franny (I believe), and both of them were ridiculously amazing. Think we need to open our own franchise up here in VA Beach

I thoroughly enjoyed a scoop of Classic Carol and Buffalo Barclay served on a croissant. The mac and cheese is fantastic as well—it's quick and always tastes fresh. The small cookie they include is a delightful little treat that’s both sweet and amazing!
