"We came today for dinner to celebrate my mother’s birthday and it was our first time but definitely not the last. The place is beautifully decorated and the food fresh and delicious in every dishes we try but what really made our night special was our waiter, he was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. He absolutely made sure our table was well taken care of and his recommendations were exactly as described. Very professional hospitality graduate also a somelier which could absolutely recommend a great pairing wine and food I had the octopus was delicious as well as the lamb chops and Branzino. We’ll be back and recommend this place to everyone."

"We’ve been coming to Siamo, located in the heart of Miami Springs, for almost a year. It’s very difficult, if not downright impossible, to find a good Italian restaurant or anything that’s not Cuban or Nicaraguan in the suburbs of Greater Miami. Naturally, when we found this quaint restaurant we were thrilled! The menu is traditional Italian fare with a twist of nouvelle cuisine. We have enjoyed many of the items on the menu and have never been disappointed. While at the beginning the service was not so good, it was the food that kept us coming back! Under the leadership and professionalism of Carlos it has improved remarkably. Carlos and Melissa are both very hospitable and provide great service. On a negative note, the one thing we don’t like about Siamo is that every time we dine here we over eat because everything is so delicious! Lol! We recommend Siamo with our eyes closed!"

"Honestly, a little bit over excessive, charging $10 more if you pay with a card. And guess what, you can’t even complain about it or point it out to them, because they’ll charge you another $10 for “being rude” to the employees. Anyone would be mad about that. You’re making us waste an extra $10 for a frita that takes more than 45 minutes to be done? The waitresses are really nice, but they take a little too long to attend you when you’re ready to pay."

"Terrible experience. The croquettes were drenched in grease. The service subpar. I had to keep begging for water. To top it off the table next to us had people who spent over an hour screaming and laughing obnoxiously. No respect for anyone else. Worse yet apparently they’re buddies of the manager or owner. Nothing was done about it. Very dissatisfied. All I wanted to do was leave. Couldn’t hear myself think. Real bad. This was supposed to be a pleasant Mother’s Day dinner. Not coming back. Manager kept personally bringing them shots. If you want the atmosphere of a bar this is the place. If you want a family atmosphere, stay away."

"This is a great place if you're looking for something to eat late at night. However, the pizza and food could use a bit more toasting. Additionally, the person taking orders over the phone should be fluent in both English and Spanish. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes, but it ended up taking about 40 minutes, if not longer."
