"I've been ordering from China Kitchen for more than 10 years and slowly their food has decreased in quality and quantity while prices have went up little by little. It is now more expensive to get their food then it is to go to their competitors in the restaurant business. It's sad I used to or a lot of food for about $50 to $60 but now it's like $80 to 90 for the very same stuff I used to order. For an example i can get the same amount from KFC for half the cost and KFC is considered high quality.I used to speak highly of China Kitchen but now I can't anymore my last order is the last time I'll ever eat from there because they forgot half of my order and the contents decline in the quality of their food.It was nice while it lasted so I'll be looking for somewhere else to get my Chinese food from for now on. It really is sad that it has become unaffordable to eat their food because of cost and decline in quality. If you want a good amount of food for what you are paying for this definitely isn't the place to eat but if you want little food for high price and low quality here you go."

If you're in search of overly soggy crab rangoons and a dinner entrée where two-thirds of the plate is filled with rice, then you’ve found the perfect spot!

Not impressed. The lunches were minimal, and I didn't even receive my full order—I was shorted an egg roll! This will be the first and last time I order from here. View menu

I ordered online. The combo said it comes with an egg roll. We did not receive the egg roll. Instead we received something that was just crumbled. Very angry right now..

Have ordered 3 different orders with sweet sour chicken. Restaurant either doesn’t provide the sweet sour sauce or provides hardly any. Is their a sweet sour sauce shortage going on that hasn’t made the news?

Ordered from here many times but tonight was not a good night to make the decision to eat here. Food was cold the pork fried rice had three pieces of pork in it and the orange chicken was just hard pieces of breading or whatever with sauce on it smh very disappointed to say the least! Will not be eating here again I’ll just go to Panda Express ??‍? View menu

Our food was awful. The rangoons and egg rolls weren't cooked and were just full of grease. The egg rolls only had cabbage in them, despite our order being for 2 shrimp and 2 pork. Our general tso's chicken had NO sauce. Our soups were both bland and neither had the correct ingredients. The only reason we will go back to this restaurant is to get our refund.

I had my order delivered, and they were quite prompt with updates. However, the food was not very hot and lacked flavor, which was a bit surprising. There were no sauces, napkins, forks, or even a fortune cookie included in the bag. The rice was dry, and the lo mein noodles were overcooked and extremely mushy. This experience was unusual and disappointing. It may be some time before I decide to order again, as I'm not very satisfied.

"The service was quick and accommodating, and if they're not too busy, your food will arrive hot and fresh. The drinks menu is somewhat limited, primarily featuring canned sodas and bottled water. However, they do offer three lovely varieties of hot tea, which are a refreshing change from the typical Lipton served at many buffet-style Chinese places. Most dishes are served family-style, which means you'll get your main courses and sides on large plates, along with a bowl of rice for each person—no side plates here. They also offer hot pot, a fun option for a group of friends looking to try something different that isn’t widely available. Just be sure to give them a day's notice so they can prepare all the necessary ingredients for your outing. Portion sizes are generous; individual meals are available only if you choose a combination option. Otherwise, the other menu items are a la carte, with small portions easily serving two people and larger portions suitable for four. Keep this in mind unless you’re in the mood for leftovers! Everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. The refreshing cucumber salad was so good that I wouldn’t hesitate to order a large portion for a family dinner. The fried tofu was slightly overcooked for my liking, but I personally prefer mine a bit softer, so that’s just a matter of taste rather than a complaint. Regarding their hot and sour soup, while it might not surpass my homemade version, it certainly stands out for its balanced flavors—many places tend to serve bland versions. Overall, Dumpling House has become one of my favorite restaurants in Muncie!"
