"the youngs girls working in the drive thru window.. cant hear.. cant understand.. cashew chicken was suprisingly bad.. given all they boast their awards.. its not the cashew I grew up with in Springfield its a very dark dark sauce and maybe 2 cashews on top.. the chicken is tasty even without any sauce.. portions to go are kinda small. The fried rice might be the worst I've ever had not even a spec of vegetables.. what am I paying for if there is nothing but fried white rice? Photos shown do not depict the food you get. The Orange chicken was likely the sweetest dinner I've had in my life its literally a dessert with no tang like it should have. all these reviews let me down. so far I've enjoyed Corner 21 and Cashew Chef and this is my first and last visit to this Chinese Chef.."

Food was very good. Portions slightly smaller than most Chinese restaurants. Prices have gone up a lot. Service was good though. Slightly above average experience. Would try again.

Food was poorly prepared (couldn't eat half of my entree, maybe 5 edible bites of chicken). The rice was fine but that was ALL. Service was brusque and minimal. A sad state from 10 years ago ? View menu

Usually very good but today was given cashew chicken when I ordered general. I called then to try and get it fixed and management said I took your order your lying. Great way to ruin my favorite Chinese

I had an unfortunate experience today with the cashiers at the window. They appeared to be quite unfriendly, and the girl at the window seemed to be in a really bad mood. I definitely won't be going back, which is disappointing because this was one of my favorite Asian restaurants.

Every time I order from here I order the hot and spicy and the last 6 times they have given me the general chicken. Really disappointing they have the best hot and spicy but I do not like the general. I love this place just really disappointing I was looking forward to the hot and spicy all day. I just threw it away. I did enjoy my soup though. View menu

I ordered the hot and spicy chicken combo, spring rolls, and potstickers, and paid $22. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed. Each of us only had a piece of chicken, one spring roll, and one potsticker. When we requested a refund, we were told that since we paid in cash, it wasn't possible. We definitely won't be returning! The food was the worst.

I have been going here for 10+ years, But no more. the quality of the food has been on a slow decline for the last few years. the chicken in my general Tso was dry, tough and over cooked and the sauce had a definitive burnt after taste. I would be surprised if the fried rice touched a frying pan, it had no eggs or onions and only 4 small chunks of carrots for the whole order.

"I'm really surprised I'm writing this review now. Usually this is our restaurant for fast eating. Usually the team members are extremely pleasant and happy to help. this time was a certain employee not kaylee a night supervisor was extremely rude for me from absolutely no reason. my family and I just ordered under $50 worth the food that is normal, but this time we ordered a 30 pack chickenuggets to save a little money. when we came home, our order was short over 6 nuggets, about which I say because there was another Nugget thing in the box, it wasn't really a normal nugget, so I honestly wanted to replace it. I had my reception and kaylee replied to my call. when I tried to explain what happened to her, she asked if I had made pictures? I would never have thought to make pictures of missing foods that could easily be faked, so I didn't think this would be an effective wise to prove that I lacked food. they began to help me because I had already served my children some of the foods, as I had them waiting for us to come home to eat and they were hungry, eating was also cold. I then asked her to talk to her manager what she replied, I am the manager. So I asked to speak to someone else, she told me to stop, then came back and said, "If this really happened, I can't replace the full meal, I can only get her a 8 or 12 piece meal." I told her only the 6 we are really necessary, but why does she ask me when it comes to an order that made her a mistake? She apologised for it, but never before because of the mistake she was rude all the time. I was told I could come back and get the 6 pieces, but I didn't bother me. McDonald’s doesn’t ask that they are guests if it messed up a job, I wouldn’t assume that they’re either especially with one entry. they lost my business."
