Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually shy away from chains, but needed a quick fixation for a cat family. The people on a chipotle came thru in a very short time.

The food was okay. Nothing from the world. At the price, I could have gone to another place and eat a better brunch. Somehow it's restless. The place inside looks very obsolete and boring.

manager was super rude and my bowl skipped because you were eating low then proceeding to load me extra for sites that are free. I never had that with a chipotle. in any case not back to this. View menu

Food was amazing (had the crab cakes and grilled asparagus cooked perfectly) and the rolled ice cream was the perfect sharable birthday treat. My boyfriend and i cant wait to return and think this may be our new date night spot.

The food at Java shrill is excellent. The waitress couldn’t have been nicer but she needs a bit more training and attention to detail. Our group’s concern is how empty the place was, considering how good the food is. Hopefully they do a roaring lunch crowd.

This Chipotle has a more garbage service in all the Chipotle that I have visited before. The supervisor insulted me just because I was getting more soda. Honestly as a former employee at this king street location please save your money and spend it elsewhere. This restaurant is very unprofessional and unsanitary, the management team also thinks it’s appropriate to talk poorly about their customers in Spanish in hopes that they will not notice. Also they do not give you your money’s worth when it comes to food portions and they absolutely do not care about their customers who spend their hard earned money here. Save yourself the headache and go to another location or somewhere better. P.S the waterfront has great restaurants: (If I could give y’all zero stars I truly would…ughh disgusting

There is a significant difference between ordering during the day and at night. During nighttime, orders are often handled carelessly, with little regard for the customer's specific requests. Just because the customer isn't physically in the store doesn't mean it's acceptable to get their order wrong. I ended up missing ingredients in my bowl. Delivery orders should be managed with more care, and receipts should be checked more thoroughly. I received three bowls at my house because an employee misread the names. My Cuz picked the spot for Alexamdria Restaurant week and I made the reservation. First time here and first time ordering off the restaurant week menu. Normally the selections on the restaurant week menu dont appeal to me, but at Java Grill it did. We were a little leery at first because the restaurant was empty, but then several more patrons trickled in and a couple of them seemed to be regulars. It may have been a slow night.
